Developed through years of clinical experience and acoustic research, it offers a non-invasive system designed to support both medical and holistic practitioners in addressing pain and emotional imbalance through sound. This proposal outlines the rationale behind the approach, its therapeutic value, and the opportunity for clinical evaluation and future implementation.
About the Author
Vladimir Kuliaiev is a sound therapist with over 30 years of experience exploring the therapeutic power of harmonic structure, vocal frequencies, and sound on the human body and mind. Trained as a conductor, composer, musicologist, and educator, he graduated from a leading university in Moscow with a comprehensive background in music and acoustics. Driven by a lifelong passion for the healing potential of sound, his work led to the discovery of Sound Homeopathy and the development of Neurosonic Solution—a non-invasive, voice-activated system designed to address physical pain and emotional distress through personalized sound frequencies. After years of private practice supporting clients with chronic pain and psychological disorders, he shifted focus to build an automated platform to make this therapeutic model accessible for broader clinical and holistic use. Introduction to a New Model of Brainwave Entrainment

One of the main challenges in brain entrainment research is the arbitrary selection of carrier frequencies and brainwave frequency intervals (binaural beats). The number of possible combinations—spanning brainwave ranges from delta to gamma—can exceed hundreds of thousands, making systematic testing and validation extremely difficult.
Addressing this challenge requires a precise understanding of brainwave dynamics—how neural oscillations correspond to mental and physiological states—as well as the physics of sound, including harmonic relationships and psychoacoustic response.
Despite their importance, these foundational aspects remain largely untested within a structured framework, contributing to the absence of a systematic methodology. Consequently, many studies remain inconclusive and end with calls for further research rather than offering replicable protocols. Given the substantial variability in brainwave patterns across individuals and conditions, therapeutic interventions must be both systematized and personalized to be effective. This requirement for methodological structure and individualization forms the foundation of the Neurosonic Solution approach.
Overall view of the system
As we know pain and emotional distress are intensely subjective and intricate phenomena shaped by various factors, including genetics, past experiences, psychological states, and cultural backgrounds.
However, these diverse experiences share a functional basis in brainwave activity. These oscillations reflect and shape individual experience—impacting mood, perception, and cognition—positioning them as a key target for therapeutic intervention.
In this context, a significant area of scientific research focuses on techniques to modulate brainwave activity to influence emotional and physiological states. One such technique is brain entrainment, where the brain’s electrical rhythms synchronize with external auditory stimuli. This is typically achieved by playing two slightly different carrier frequencies—one in each ear—so that the brain aligns with the frequency difference, known as binaural beats.

Neurosonic Solution addresses this challenge by offering a groundbreaking therapeutic model—a world’s first Sound Homeopathy system consisting of two modes: Sound Homeopathy and Harmonic Mapping. Both modes employ unique characteristics of the human voice to create personalized brainwave therapy sessions. The system integrates two key processes: Real-Time Vocal Biofeedback in the Sound Homeopathy Mode, and Personalized Vocal Architecture in the Harmonic Mapping Mode. Together, these voice-based methods target physical pain and emotional imbalances through precisely tuned sound frequencies.
This eliminates the need for manual calculations and guesswork, making the process more precise, efficient, and personalized for each individual.
Sound Homeopathy mode
Sound Homeopathy mode is a voice-activated biofeedback system that converts vocal input into real-time therapeutic sound. Through direct interaction, individuals identify carrier frequencies that offer relief, with their perception guiding the creation of the final brainwave therapy session.

Harmonic Mapping Mode
Harmonic Mapping Mode captures the fundamental frequencies of the human voice, constructs a personalized musical scale, and maps its intervals to a comprehensive range of brainwave frequencies—enabling neuro-sonic therapy that aligns with the body’s natural affinity for harmonic relationships.

These features position the Sound Homeopathy system as a non-invasive, biologically attuned therapeutic method, associated with outcomes such as significant pain reduction and enhanced emotional regulation. It offers a practical and innovative tool for medical professionals, holistic practitioners, and psychologists seeking non-invasive alternatives to conventional treatment approaches.
Neurosonic Solution is now open by invitation to a limited group of medical professionals, holistic therapists, and psychologists for the medical evaluation of the Sound Homeopathy and Harmonic Mapping Modes. This phase is focused on practitioners working with patients experiencing chronic or acute pain, post-operative recovery, and a wide range of psychological misalignments such as sleep disorders, PTSD, anxiety, stress, and hypertension.

Technical application and implementation
The SyncBySonic application, currently in its prototype phase, is the first to feature the world’s only Sound Homeopathy Mode.
This mode allows practitioners to guide clients through sound-based sessions, during which the app records vocal input, transforms it into sine waves for real-time brainwave entrainment, and stores the data for further use.
If initial attempts do not yield satisfactory results, the Harmonic Mapping Mode is used to provide alternative support. Although not yet automated, this mode uses voice data captured during Sound Homeopathy sessions to manually create custom brainwave sound sessions.
Participating practitioners will incorporate the Sound Homeopathy system into their practice and document client outcomes to evaluate its therapeutic effectiveness in real-world settings.
While access to the system is currently limited to selected participants in Malaysia, we’re actively building a network of healthcare professionals interested in the clinical potential of Sound Homeopathy system. Abstract
This paper explores the emerging field of Sound Homeopathy and its potential for enhancing brainwave entrainment techniques, particularly through the use of monaural and binaural beats. Current brain entrainment methodologies face challenges in accurately selecting carrier frequencies and accounting for the brain's sensitivity to subtle frequency variations. This paper highlights the limitations of traditional approaches, such as relying on whole-number frequencies and arbitrary carrier selection, and proposes a new paradigm that incorporates fractional frequency variations and psychoacoustic principles. Drawing on harmonic theory and musical scales, the article introduces a model that aligns brainwave frequencies with mathematically related musical intervals, offering a more precise method for frequency selection in therapeutic applications.
